چکیده
DLBCL: diffuse large B-cell lymphoma PBL: plasmablastic lymphoma PG: pyoderma gangrenosum INTRODUCTION Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is an uncommon neutrophilic dermatosis characterized by the rapid development of painful, ill-defined ulcerations with undermined gun-metal gray borders. Although half of the cases are idiopathic, PG may be associated with inflammatory bowel disease, connective tissue disease, and hematologic disorders. Here we describe the first case, to our knowledge, of plasmablastic lymphoma (PBL) arising within a chronic PG ulcer.

Keloid: A rare finding in Pyoderma Gangrenosum
Pyoderma gangrenosum is characterized by a chronic, non-infectious, destructive ulcer which is mostly seen on distal lower extremities, but it can be found anywhere on body. We report an 18-year old man who developed keloids after healing of his ulcers. He was a known case of chronic relapsing pyoderma gangrenosum. His previous ulcers were used to heal leaving atrophic, cigarette-paper sc...

Mycosis fungoides (MF), a primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, accounts for <1% of non-Hodgkin lymphomas. The diagnosis of classic MF is based on a constellation of typical clinical presentation, histopathology, immunohistochemistry, and T-cell monoclonality detected by molecular studies. Rarely, atypical clinical presentation may occur. The typical immunohistochemical phenotype is, CD2 +ve, CD3 ...

BACKGROUND Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a skin condition characterized by necrotic ulcers and most commonly occurs on the legs in association with inflammatory bowel disease and rheumatoid arthritis; however, PG rarely involves the head and neck, and very rarely causes nasal septal perforation. OBJECTIVE Here, we describe a case report of PG causing nasal septal perforation in a 71-year-old m...
